Summary:
Seeking proven Federal Sales professionals to join our elite team as an Information Technology Sales Executive serving DOE customers. Experienced sales executive with the customer relationships and government procurement knowledge to deliver value with minimal ramp time.
Compensation: Highly leveraged, competitive Sales Comp Plan based on experience and sales performance. No commission cap.
Key Candidate Traits:
- Direct experience with/mission understanding of federal customer. Relationships and access to hit the ground running on Day 1.
- Broad experience with technology solutions that are relevant within in the federal space and/or specific to DOE.
- Strong interpersonal skills/presence. Effortlessly carries a conversation and able to frame appropriate probing questions to identify customer pain points.
- Strong OEM relationships across multiple technology stacks. Ability to leverage IMPRES engineers to develop technology solutions that solve our customer’s problems.
- Self-Starter able to work remotely from home and visit customers with 50% travel to customer sites. Consultative partner relationship with customers to determine and fulfill their technology requirements via IMPRES wide range of OEM products.
- Ability to deepen existing customer relationships while acquiring new business.
- Effectively gather, research, and interpret applicable business and market information to identify new opportunities and engage customers.
Responsibilities/Duties
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Meet or Exceed assigned Quota/GP Goal.
- Lead the AE/ISR Account Team and direct the priorities of assigned Inside Sales Rep.
- Proactively promote IMPRES Technology’s products and services within assigned accounts.
- Develop Account Plan of Attack/Business Strategy for Assigned Accounts.
- Maintain an updated pipeline in SFDC of all sales opportunities.
- Stay current on emerging technologies.
- Execute required OEM sales training as directed.
Education/Experience:
- BS/BA Degree preferred.
- Direct experience working with federal customers, specifically DOE.
- Federal government contracting knowledge preferred.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- SFDC experience required.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above.
